This Privacy Policy explains how AbyssAscent (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information when you use the AbyssAscent apps on iOS and watchOS (the “App”).
The App does not include account registration, messaging, or profile forms. You generally do not provide personal information directly through the App.
In the current version, gameplay data such as score/progress/settings is stored on-device to support game functionality (for example, restoring progress between launches).
We use local gameplay data only to:
We do not sell personal information.
We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you enable platform features such as crash reporting provided by Apple, Apple may process technical diagnostics under Apple’s own policies.
Gameplay data is retained on your device until:
We use standard platform mechanisms (Apple OS storage/security controls). No method of storage/transmission is 100% secure, but we aim to follow secure-by-default practices.
The App is a game and may be used by children depending on App Store age rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through in-app account systems because no such account systems are provided.
If you believe a child provided personal data to us by other means, contact us to request deletion.
If you access the App from outside your country, local on-device data handling still applies. Any platform-level services are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights related to access, deletion, or correction of personal data. Because the App is designed for on-device local storage with no account backend, most data control can be handled directly on your device (reset/uninstall).
